Shipping

The delivery costs for the Australian orders start at AUD $10.00 with extra items then charged at an additional AUD $2.50 each, some items incur additional shipping costs due to the large or fragile nature. The delivery costs for International orders starts at AUD $20.00 with a starting cost extra AUD $7.00 for each individual item.

Purchasing

All items offered on our website are subject to availability. To purchase any of the items on our Web Site, click the "Add to Basket" button shown on each product page. When you place an order to purchase a product by clicking the button "Order Now", we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product. We accept this offer when we send e-mail confirmation to you that we've accepted your order or dispatched the product to you. The contract will be filed. For safety reasons your order’s data are not accessible via internet. We keep these data in confidence according to our privacy policy.

Delivery

All internet transactions are processed on business days only and via Australia post. We guarantee a maximum 5 day turnaround of orders being processed – not including postage time, with our orders within Australia. International deliveries vary from 10 -14 business days depending on what country we are delivering to and their terms.

We process orders from Tuesday – Thursday, so if you place your order on the weekend you will have to wait minimum 3 - 4 days before order is processed. All orders are sent via Express post which is most cases is a next business day delivery unless you are out of the areas.

If requested we can supply the tracking number of the express post bag. If you require a more secure or faster delivery please write that in the 'customer notes' on your order and we will contact you with other options. In the rare case that items are not delivered we will fully investigate with Australia post and the outcome will be determined via a case by case basis.
