Purchasing

All items offered on our website are subject to availability.

To purchase any of the items on our website, click the "Add to Basket" button shown on each product page.

When you place an order by clicking the button "Order Now", we will send you an e-mail containing the details and confirming receipt of your order. Please keep this as your proof of purchase.

Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product. We accept this offer when we send e-mail confirmation to you that we've accepted your order or dispatched the product to you. The contract will be filed. For safety reasons the data of your order is not accessible via internet. We keep this data in confidence according to our privacy policy (please see our Terms and Conditions).

Shipping

Australian Shipping Options:

Regular Post - $10
Express Post - $18

For your peace of mind and ours, all regular post items are sent either via Pack & Track satchel or via Registered Post box as these post options can be tracked and are a lot more reliable than regular post. Once your package has been sent, we will send you your tracking number within your shipping confirmation email so you may track your package.

All express post orders will be given priority and we will do our best to get your order out to you ASAP. If the product is in stock, we should be able to have your package in the post within a day or two. If you are unsure about any of the products or about the time restraints of your order please email us with any questions.

Please note, you may also choose the 'Pick Up' option at checkout to pick up your order instore free of charge.

International Shipping:

Our shipping for overseas countries is charged at a flat rate of $40 and includes tracking but not a signature. If your postage costs are less than $40 you will be refunded any excess postage charges. If postage for your order exceeds $40 we will contact you for extra payment.

Please note, we only charge you what Australia Post charges, so we will refund the difference back onto your credit card if you have been overcharged (we will always send your order with standard tracked airmail unless you request otherwise). Alternatively, further charges may apply if your order is for heavy items and homewares. In this instance, once your order has been placed, we will obtain a quote from Australia Post and contact you with the final cost.  You may then choose to have the difference charged to your credit card or cancel your order with a full refund. 

Please let us know at the time of placing your order if you would prefer alternative shipping to standard tracked airmail, for example express international, extra insurance or signature on delivery. 

Delivery

All internet transactions are processed on business days only, from Tuesday to Friday, and shipped via Australia Post.

All orders ship within 1-5 days of receipt. Actual delivery time within Australia will vary depending on your location and the shipping method chosen. Delivery of International orders varies from 10-14 business days, depending on the country we are delivering to and their terms. Please allow extra time for Australia post to deliver your parcel at busy times like Christmas and Easter.

In the rare case that items are not delivered we will fully investigate with Australia Post and the outcome will be determined via a case by case basis.

If your homewares and gifts item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt for details of how to return your item for a replacement or exchange. We are unable to accept returns on items after 7 days.
