The Polly Skirt in Pinwheel Red by Surface Art.
An updated version of the popular "elastic-waist" Polly skirt that Surface Art have run for the last couple of years.
Surface Art have changed the pleats slightly for an even more flattering look.
It still has a wide (5cm) soft elastic waistband in the same fabric as the skirt and of course handy side pockets. 
Available in our original retro-inspired Pinwheel print in a great shade of red with pops of colour.

Fabric: 100% cotton sateen digitally printed

Three sizes available: S (Fits XS-M) : L (Fits L-XL) : XXL (Fits XXL-XXXL). Refer to the size chart in the product images for garment measurements.
