Rayna Skirt Short Museum of Love

Rayna Skirt Short Museum of Love

Price: $139.00

Our brand new shorter skirt for summer is Rayna, named after our favourite Nashville character Rayna James, she's a little bit country, a little bit girly and ALL the cute. This new design is part of a collaboration with our friends at Museum of Love.

FEATURES: Rayna is a shorter length ruffle skirt with lots of drape and a tiered skirt. Rayna has an elastic waist with sizing very similar to our Ella skirts. She is based off the block of Ella but has a lovely added ruffle which makes her feel fuller. She is a similar length to Julia or our original Patsy skirt. She definitely gives off some slight country vibes and we aren't mad about it. She pairs beautifully with our basic tops or a printed tee, but is equally as at home with a fitted long sleeve and a cardigan in winter. She looks great with footless tights but is a nice length to throw on for a trip to the beach. Rayna has belt loops back and front and also drapes beautifully in this heavy rayon. We love the fullness on the hips of this ruffle skirt which gives plenty of room in both tiers of the skirt to make the drape at the front and back look nice and gathered on all frames.

HOW TO WEAR: Wear Rayna exactly as she is with flat sandals, clogs or even some heels for an event. Rayna would be as perfect for a play date as she will be for a night out with friends. Accessorise with a leather skinny belt and a short sleeve jacket or cardy and she is sure to impress! We are also dreaming of all the great combos we will layer our Rayna skirt with in the cold. She will be great worn with tights and boots, but also looks great with our wool cardigans. Rayna is the perfect shape to wear on a date or a picnic lunch! Her elastic waist is lovely and soft and the added belt loops make accessorising a breeze.

FABRIC: 100% bamboo. Light weight with great swish. This is the same bamboo we use for our Rayna dresses and Edie dresses that are a digital print. This fabric will likely shrink marginally in the wash and relax again with a good steam, you can do this by ironing on medium heat with full steam, or you can even hang your garment in the bathroom while you have a shower and the wrinkles will fall out from the steamy environment.
